Last year, I picked Kristy Cook in week 1 to make the Top 10, getting the ultimate winner’s last name correct, at least.

After week 1, it’s a pretty close one for me (realizing that the producers give some folks more ‘center-stage’ treatment, etc.), but I’m going to go with sentiment and choose Scott McIntyre.  He’s a great pianist & songwriter – oh, and he’s legally blind, and (from what I’ve sorted out elsewhere) a nice young Christian guy.
